Beloved Yoga

The Eleventh Step: Creating a Conscious Connection with your Beloved

I have had the pleasure of watching both family members and community members go through the 12-step program and experience tremendous transformation. It is no coincidence these people are some of the most sensitive, spiritual and compassionate people I have ever met.

This community is about building a life from prayer, meditation and devotion. I can think of no greater purpose for Beloved Yoga than to help free individuals from addiction.

Love and Victory,

Jayanta

I'm with ya ! I think alot of addictions in us humans arise because we are subconciously seeking God and inner fullfillment, and when we find something that kind of imitates that, we get stuck in it instead of really searching for a personal relationship with God in our lives.

A friend of mine is a recovering alcoholic who found relief from her addiction through Alcoholics Anonymous. This progrom introduced her to the fact that there is a Higher Power she can turn to.. and this helped her in her spiritual path to this day.

Thank you, I too have seen the power of AA to liberate loved ones from the self-destructive patterns of addiction. It seems that recognizing we have a higher power whom we need in our lives goes a long way to bringing us happiness here and now.
Love and Victory.
