Compassionate Warrior

This workshop empowers participants to experience and express their own strength. Participants will leave with tools to conquer stress and increase vital energy to live happier and healthier lives.
The martial arts introduction will demonstrate how to break through obstacles with strength, balance and power. Students will learn to work with opposing forces to conquer fear and take focused action in everyday life.
The yoga introduction will provide participants with guidance on tapping an inexhaustible source of strength and power through awareness, visualization and meditation. Participants will discover peace and stillness within so they can conquer stress and fear without.
Ultimately these two ancient practices unite to allow everyday warriors to use their greatest weapon, compassion.
