It's been amazing watching him just solve problems and get on with his life. There is so much to be learned in not getting attached to pain/discomfort/disability from this animal.

It's one of the lessons my cats have taught me -- to sleep when I need it and to just stretch and let everything go. There is such profound wisdom to be learned from animals. I don't know if anyone is familiar with Sabrina Mesko, Ph.D.H., but I was just introduced to her literature the other day when ordering some things from the Isabella catalog. Sabrina has been led to publish Yoga for the Hands cards in a magnetic card board box depicting different hand mudras for our chakras and energy centers.
